Slow Potato Soup Broccoli Cheddar
°1 Chopped onion
°1 chopped carrot
°Handful of celery, chopped
°2 cloves garlic, chopped
°1 tbsp of butter
°2.5 cup chicken broth
°2 tbsp flour
°1 cup milk
° 2 potatoes, small cubes
° 4 broccoli blossom cups, small cubes
°1 cup grated cheddar cheese
°1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Chop the onion, carrot, celery and garlic in a food processor, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the chopped vegetables. My heart is for 5 minutes.
Add the flour, salt and pepper, stir well, add the stock, milk and potato cubes, boil and leave for 15 minutes.
Add the broccoli and parmesan, and leave for 5 minutes. Add the cheddar cheese, stir well and remove from the heat.
Take 2 cups of soup and grind them in a blender, put them back in the pot.
