Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back pork ribs
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs by sliding a butter knife under it and then using a paper towel to grip and pull it off.
- Place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet, meat side up. Brush the sauce mixture over the top and sides of the ribs, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Cover the baking sheet tightly with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Cook the ribs for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is very tender and falls off the bone.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven’s broiler to high. Remove the foil from the ribs, brushing with more sauce if desired, and place the ribs back in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce is caramelized and bubbling.
- Slice the ribs and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
Note: You can also slow cook these ribs in a crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
