°1 pre-baked pie crust
°Glass of unsweetened cocoa 1⁄2
°Corn starch 1⁄4 cup
°1 cup 1⁄2 sugar
°3 egg yolks
°1 teaspoon. Vanilla
°2 cups milk
Combine the cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
Slowly whisk the milk, stirring until it is homogeneous as you go.
Keep stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and the bubbles disappear from the top. The mixture will be thick pudding texture when ready.
Pour the mixture into the pre-baked crust of the pie and cool to room temperature.
Cool for several hours before serving.
