+For about 30 snowballs you need:
°140g of sweet butter
°80 g sugar
°1/2 tsp salt
°1 egg
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°160 g flour
1 Combine butter and sugar in a bowl. Add salt, egg and vanilla, stirring constantly.
2 gradually add the flour until it forms a thick paste
3Reserve in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then form walnut balls. Place them on the baking sheet covered with buttermilk paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, and should be browned.
Let it cool on a rack before putting it on a serving plate and cover with icing sugar. To completely cover it, put it in a plastic bag with icing sugar and gently shake the bag.
