Egg-based breakfast?
Eggs are rich in protein as well as other nutrients and are low in calories. Having them in the diet may lead to losing weight, mainly if an individual integrates them into a calorie-controlled diet. Research suggests eggs improve metabolic function and enhance fullness sensations. Eating an egg-based breakfast will prevent an individual from taking extra calories all day long. If a person is at an increased risk of heart disease, he should only eat the whites and carefully keep track of their cholesterol intake.
